核心职责 1、负责AI开放平台产品规划 盘点现有AI能力和业务需求，建设能力地图，制定阶段路线图和优先级，明确平台公共能力与业务应用之间的边界。 2、推动AI公共能力产品化 围绕模型接入、Agent框架、知识库、MCP/Skills、评测和Token治理等方向，形成标准化的能力目录、接入流程、使用规则和内部SLA。 3、识别并孵化高价值AI场景 深入餐饮、门店经营、客服、经营分析等业务场景，识别适合AI解决的真实问题，推动标杆应用从场景定义、方案验证到落地使用。 4、建立AI产品治理机制 推动评测门禁、成本管理、权限分级、安全审核、灰度回滚和Badcase闭环，提升AI应用的质量、稳定性和风险可控性。 5、推动跨团队接入与能力复用 协同技术负责人、业务产研和相关业务中心，推动同一项AI能力在国内、国际及不同业务场景中复用，减少重复建设并提升交付效率。

岗位要求 1、具备5年以上产品经验 其中至少3年大模型、AI应用或AI平台相关经验，主导过AI平台、中台或复杂AI产品的从0到1建设。 2、具备较强的平台产品思维 能从多个业务需求中抽象公共能力，能够判断哪些能力应沉淀到平台，哪些应由业务团队自行建设和运营。 3、理解大模型应用核心技术链路 熟悉LLM、RAG、Agent、Workflow、Tool Calling、MCP、模型评测及Token成本治理，能够与研发、算法团队讨论具体方案和技术取舍。 4、具备业务结果和数据意识 能通过用户访谈、业务数据和Badcase复盘识别真实问题，并将AI产品目标与效率、成本、质量、采纳率或经营结果关联。 5、具备Hands-on和跨团队推动能力 能使用AI编程、原型和数据分析工具完成Demo或可行性验证，能够适应早期小团队环境，亲自推动复杂项目落地。
