职位描述 1.负责大数据平台产品的自动化、离线与实时计算、即席计算、指标中心、标签系统、数据质量、数据安全、数据治理等平台的设计和开发。提供数据中台能力，解决海量数据面临的挑战。 2.参与大数据平台各类基础系统架构设计和引擎开发，集群优化，技术难点攻关。 3.负责集群数据安全相关体系建设完善，数据引擎优化开发，流批一体数据湖方案。

职位要求 1.本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业； 2.熟悉常用大数据框架 starrocks、Hadoop、Spark、Flink、Kafka、DataX等，对 Hadoop、Spark、Flink 源码有深入研究者优先； 3.有数据平台开发经验，比如调度平台、数据质量中心、元数据管理、数据权限管理、数据资产管理、实时流平台、BI系统研发等； 4.熟练使用Java语言和微服务开发，有3年以上服务端开发经验。
