岗位职责： 1. 负责识别、筛选并开发全国潜在客户，通过有效的市场分析和客户研究，基于企迈的门店一站式运营解决方案制定针对性的销售策略。 2. 根据公司市场战略，积极推广公司SaaS产品，积极拜访并挖掘客户需求，分析客户需求，制定客户解决方案并实施跟进，包括线上线下的解决方案演示、产品讲解等。 3. 制定客户解决方案并实施跟进独立进行或协助团队进行商务谈判，促成销售合同的签订，并跟踪合同执行进度，确保项目顺利实施。 4. 与客户建立并维护良好的业务关系，根据客户新需求进行新产品推介，寻找二次销售机会。 5. 根据公司制定的销售目标，制定个人及团队的销售计划，并努力达成或超越销售目标。 6. 定期回访客户，收集客户反馈，确保客户满意度和忠诚度，辅助支持客户项目上线及维护，支持客户续约。 7. 市场调研与竞争分析：持续关注行业动态和竞争对手情况，收集市场信息，为公司产品改进和市场策略调整提供数据支持。

职位要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、计算机等相关专业优先。 2. 具有1年以上SaaS或互联网TO B产品销售经验，有成功开拓大客户案例者优先。 3. 具备优秀的销售技巧和谈判能力，能够独立完成销售全过程；熟悉互联网产品特性和市场趋势，了解大客户采购流程和决策机制。 4. 自驱力强，责任心强，具备良好的抗压能力和团队合作精神；沟通能力强，能够与客户建立并维护良好的关系。 5. 对销售职业有持续的热情及追求，有较强市场拓展能力，能接受出差。
