岗位职责： 1. 培训项目落地：参与年度培训计划执行，负责新人培养、干部赋能等重点培训项目的排期、组织、跟课与复盘，确保每场培训流程顺畅、可追溯。 2. 学习内容开发：参与各类公司级全员培训的需求调研、课程开发、组织实施与效果评估，持续迭代课程内容与交付方式，保障培训覆盖与转化质量。 3. 学习运营管理：维护线上学习平台，跟踪学员完课与考核数据，输出周/月度培训看板，支撑效果评估与持续改进。 4. 部门学习支持：响应各业务部门与职能部门的培训赋能需求，协助完成部门级培训的需求对接、组织实施与落地支持，提升一线培训覆盖面。 5. AI 赋能学习：结合 AI 助教、智能陪练、数据看板等工具优化培训交付与运营，探索数字化、智能化学习体验。 6. 文化活动与大型活动落地：参与公司各类大型活动的策划与执行全流程，覆盖节日福利活动、企业文化活动等公司级活动，全过程把控方案构思、物料统筹、场地布置、通知触达与现场执行，保障活动体验与组织效果。 7. 会议组织实施：参与公司级中大型会议的筹备组织、现场实施与复盘，协同完成议题安排、物料与场地管理、过程保障与纪要输出，确保会议顺畅闭环。 8. 数据与沉淀：整理培训文档、会议纪要、活动 SOP 与案例库，配合组织能力调研的数据采集与分析。

任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，2 年以上培训、学习发展或企业文化相关经验。 2. 具备中大型活动、培训项目或公司级会议的完整执行经验：独立负责过排期、现场调度与复盘，善于处理现场突发情况。 3. 数据敏感：熟练使用 Excel / PPT，能独立完成培训数据统计与基础分析，输出清晰汇报。 4. 熟悉 AI 工具在培训场景的应用：能运用AI工具辅助培训交付与运营，提升培训效率与效果。 5. 沟通与执行力强，能跨部门高效协调；皮实抗压，适应灵活多变的组织要求，把"把事情办妥"当成底线。
