The posting

核心职责： 1、定价策略设计（核心）：独立设计产品刊例价、套餐组合、阶梯定价及折扣、续费规则；组织产品、销售、财务评审，推动决策与落地。 2、商业测算与方案评估：搭建收入、成本和毛利模型；对重点合作输出“一页纸”，讲清对方诉求、我方投入、预期收益、风险及不做的后果。 3、经营口径与复盘：起草经营分析口径，与财务及业务团队校验；跟踪定价执行效果，输出季度复盘及价格、套餐和产品去留建议。 4、商业方案与对客标准：将客户场景转化为售前、销售可直接使用的商业方案和报价说明，协同维护产品权益及服务承诺边界。 5、银行与渠道谈判：承担银行、渠道政策及费率、返佣等商务条款的测算与谈判，谈判结论及签约事项按流程报批。

任职要求： 1、3 年以上 To B SaaS、企业服务或互联网平台定价／商业化相关经验。 2、至少主导过一个已落地的产品定价项目，亲自负责方案设计，能讲清测算依据、执行过程和实施结果。 3、能独立搭建 Excel／在线表格模型，理解毛利、边际成本、盈亏平衡及 LTV/CAC，能分析关键变量对收益的影响。 4、有跨部门推动经验，能协调产品、销售、财务形成可执行方案；表达结构化，能把复杂商业逻辑写成业务方可直接使用的“一页纸”。

加分项 1、餐饮、连锁零售或本地生活行业背景。 2、银行／支付渠道谈判经验。 3、商业分析、经营分析或业务 BP 经历。
