岗位职责 1、负责点单交易相关系统（点餐下单、购物车、订单、支付结算等模块）的后端开发与维护，保障系统稳定性与性能； 2、参与核心交易链路的架构设计与技术方案制定，提升系统的高并发处理能力与容错能力； 3、配合产品经理梳理业务需求，完成需求评审、技术方案设计、编码实现、联调测试及上线； 4、排查并解决线上问题，定位性能瓶颈，持续优化系统的稳定性、可用性与响应速度； 5、参与代码评审，推动团队研发规范与工程质量提升； 6、配合完成系统的监控、告警、容灾等保障机制建设；

任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业； 2、3年及以上Java后端开发经验，有交易类、订单类或支付类系统开发经验者优先； 3、熟练掌握Java语言及主流框架（Spring Boot、Spring Cloud/MyBatis等），具备良好的编码规范； 4、熟悉MySQL等关系型数据库，具备SQL调优经验；熟悉Redis、消息队列（如Kafka/RocketMQ）等中间件； 5、熟悉分布式系统设计，了解高并发、高可用系统的常见解决方案（缓存、限流、降级、分库分表等）； 6、具备良好的问题排查与定位能力，能独立解决线上疑难问题； 7、良好的沟通协作能力与责任心，能适应快节奏的业务迭代；
