【核心职责 | Key Responsibilities】 1. 核心产品线负责 (Product Ownership): - 深入海外客户与门店一线场景，通过客户访谈、现场走访、数据分析等方式理解各地区真实需求与痛点，识别高频共性问题与地区个性化差异，而非仅依赖二手需求； - 负责 国际版 POS、Loyalty、QR Ordering、APP 及 Inventory 等的产品规划与落地，确保产品符合海外用户（特别是东南亚及欧美市场）的使用习惯； - 深度对标 Toast, Square, Stripe, NCR 等国际头部竞品，输出高质量的市场调研报告，为产品路线图 (Roadmap) 提供决策依据； - 产品上线后持续跟进采用率、使用数据与客户反馈，用结果决定继续优化、收敛还是下线，而非以上线作为结束。 2. 国际项目管理 (PMO & Strategy): - 牵头管理国际业务重点项目，制定目标、拆解计划、把控节奏与风险，拉通研发、测试、设计、运营、销售及海外团队，确保项目按时高质量交付； - 与海外客户、合作伙伴及海外团队直接沟通，使用英语完成需求澄清、方案讲解与项目同步，推动跨语言、跨时区的高效协作。

【任职要求 | Qualifications】 1. 硬性背景 (Must-Haves): - 学历：全日制本科及以上学历； - 语言：英语可作为工作语言，听说读写流利，能直接与海外客户/团队对齐需求。 - 经验：5年以上互联网产品经验，其中至少 3 年以上 海外产品 经验，至少主导过 2 个 海外项目。 2. 加分项: - 有餐饮、零售、支付等SaaS或交易类产品的海外业务经验； - 有在多个国家或地区推动产品本地化、合规适配的实践经验； - 有把AI深度嵌入日常产品与项目工作流、明显提升个人及团队效率的实践经验； - 有丰富的海外生活/留学/工作经历，深刻理解中西文化差异及海外软件交互习惯。
