岗位职责 1、负责国际业务客户端产品的架构设计与核心模块开发，把控代码质量、性能与稳定性，保障多地区、多设备环境下的使用体验； 2、深入理解海外餐饮门店的真实使用场景，与产品、后端、测试紧密协作，将业务问题转化为可落地的技术方案； 3、主导客户端技术选型与关键技术难题攻坚，推动多语言、多币种、多时区、多地区合规等国际化能力在客户端的沉淀； 4、将AI深度融入日常研发工作流，用于方案设计、代码编写、测试、问题排查与文档整理，减少重复性劳动，把精力集中在架构设计与关键问题上； 5、关注线上运行情况，推动监控、日志、崩溃治理与性能优化，持续提升产品稳定性与用户体验； 6、指导和带动团队成员成长，推动研发规范建设，沉淀客户端最佳实践与AI辅助研发的工作方法。

任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上客户端开发经验，熟悉Andriod/C#/IOS其中一种语言，具备在某一技术方向上的深入积累； 2、具备复杂客户端应用的架构设计与开发经验，熟悉模块化、组件化、性能优化、稳定性治理等工程实践； 3、有独立负责产品核心模块或主导技术方案落地的经验，能够做出合理的技术判断与取舍； 4、熟练使用AI辅助研发，能够将AI用于代码生成、调试、测试与方案设计，具备用AI提效的意识与实践； 5、具备良好的英文读写能力，能够阅读英文技术文档，并与海外团队或客户进行基本的沟通协作； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力与责任心，能够推动跨角色协同，适应快节奏的业务迭代。 加分项 有海外产品或国际化（多语言、多币种、多地区合规）项目的客户端研发经验； 有跨平台框架落地经验，或同时具备多个客户端方向的开发能力； 有将AI深度嵌入日常研发工作流、明显提升个人及团队研发效率的实践经验； 有团队管理经验。
