RESPONSABILIDADES DO CARGO:

  • Atuar e liderar a análise e solução de casos críticos de autorizações e disputas, garantindo precisão e agilidade no tratamento dos casos.
  • Atuar como ponto focal da área junto a stakeholders internos e externos.
  • Analisar transações e registros para identificar inconsistências ou oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Acompanhar indicadores da área e apoiar a melhoria contínua dos fluxos de autorização e disputa.
  • Apoiar a implementação de controles e boas práticas para assegurar conformidade regulatória.
  • Interagir com áreas parceiras, clientes e instituições financeiras, oferecendo soluções consistentes e de qualidade.
  • Participar de projetos e iniciativas que tragam eficiência e inovação aos processos da área.

ATUAÇÃO: Presencial 100%

CONTRATO: 12 meses

  • Sólida experiência no mercado de meios de pagamento, com histórico de atuação em processos complexos de autorizações, disputas e relacionamento com adquirentes/bandeiras
  • Perfil analítico, organizado e com foco em resultados.
  • Conhecimento profundo do mercado de meios de pagamento e regulamentações aplicáveis (Bacen, PCI, etc.).
  • Vivência em gestão de indicadores e elaboração de reports estratégicos para alta liderança.
  • Capacidade de atuar de forma estratégica, antecipando riscos e propondo soluções inovadoras.
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal para interação com áreas internas e externas.
  • Formação superior completa em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.

Diferenciais (desejáveis):

  • Experiência comprovada em prevenção a fraude e em implementação de controles antifraude.
  • Capacidade de conduzir projetos multidisciplinares de prevenção a fraude.
  • Domínio de ferramentas de prevenção a fraude, experiência prática em projetos de mitigação de riscos e atuação em incidentes complexos.
  • Vivência em análise de riscos, monitoramento de transações ou controles internos.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de monitoramento ou sistemas antifraude.
