Chargé de projets développement de produits À propos de l'entreprise Notre client est une entreprise manufacturière québécoise reconnue pour son expertise dans le développement de produits innovateurs destinés au secteur HVAC. Dans le cadre de sa croissance importante, l'entreprise souhaite renforcer sa capacité d'innovation et de développement de produits. Votre rôle Vous serez responsable de piloter le cycle de vie complet des produits, de l'identification des besoins du marché jusqu'à leur mise en production et leur amélioration continue. Principales responsabilités Développer et améliorer les produits existants et futurs. Gérer les projets de développement de produits. Collaborer avec les équipes de production, fournisseurs et partenaires externes. Optimiser les produits pour la fabrication et l'assemblage. Assurer le respect des normes, certifications et exigences techniques. Soutenir les lancements de produits et les équipes de ventes. Profil recherché Formation en génie mécanique, mécatronique ou domaine connexe. Expérience en développement de produits manufacturiers. Solides compétences en gestion de projets. Connaissance des procédés manufacturiers et de l'amélioration continue. Expérience avec des fournisseurs internationaux (atout). Ce que nous offrons Des projets stimulants et à fort impact.
