Ébéniste d'expérience – Mobilier et armoires sur mesure haut de gamme Saint-Hyacinthe | Poste permanent | Temps plein (40 h/semaine) Notre client, spécialisé dans la fabrication d'armoires et de mobilier sur mesure haut de gamme, est à la recherche d'un(e) ébéniste d'expérience pour joindre son équipe. Nous recherchons une personne autonome, minutieuse, passionnée par son métier et soucieuse de livrer un travail de qualité exceptionnelle. Principales responsabilités Lire et interpréter les plans de fabrication et les dessins techniques; Fabriquer, assembler et ajuster des armoires, meubles et éléments architecturaux sur mesure; Travailler différents matériaux (bois massif, placage, mélamine, stratifié, matériaux spécialisés, etc.); Assurer un haut niveau de qualité dans chacune des réalisations; Utiliser sécuritairement les outils et les équipements de l’atelier; Participer à la résolution de problèmes techniques liés à la fabrication; Collaborer étroitement avec les membres de l'équipe afin d'optimiser les méthodes de travail. Profil recherché Formation et expérience pertinente en ébénisterie; Expérience significative en fabrication de mobilier et d'armoires sur mesure; Habiletés manuelles, souci du détail et de la qualité du travail; Esprit d'équipe et attitude positive; Possibilité d’évolution à un poste de Chef d’équipe. Conditions de travail Horaire de jour : Lundi au jeudi : 6 h 30 à 16 h 00 Vendredi : 6 h 30 à 10 h 30 6 semaines de vacances annuelles (fermeture de l'entreprise); Partage des profits deux fois par année; Activités sociales et événements d'équipe; Bureau et usine climatisés pour un confort optimal Culture humaine, respectueuse et axée sur la collaboration.
