Conseiller(ère) aux ventes internes – Solutions environnementales Poste permanent – Montréal Notre client est un acteur majeur de l’industrie des solutions de collecte de matières recyclables. En pleine croissance, il souhaite accueillir un(e) conseiller(ère) aux ventes internes afin de contribuer au développement de sa clientèle et d’offrir un service-conseil de qualité à ses clients. Ce que nous offrons : Télétravail 4 jours par semaine et présence au bureau de 1 à 4 jours par mois (la période de formation se déroulera en partie en présentiel afin de faciliter l’intégration); Programme d’avantages sociaux complet; Horaire d’été de juin à septembre avec une fin de journée à 12 h les vendredis; Ordinateur portable et cellulaire fournis; Équipe dynamique, collaborative et engagée; Salaire compétitif selon l’expérience; Possibilités d’avancement et de développement professionnel au sein de l’organisation; Vous travaillerez avec des clients et des prospects déjà intéressés par les solutions offertes : aucune sollicitation à froid ni prospection requise. Vos principales responsabilités : Répondre aux demandes des clients par courriel et par téléphone; Qualifier les prospects entrants et s’assurer que les informations recueillies sont complètes et exactes; Préparer les soumissions et les bons de collecte pour les demandes provenant des appels, du web et des prospects; Conseiller les clients et répondre à leurs questions concernant les solutions offertes; Assurer la gestion des plaintes clients, tant externes qu’internes; Analyser les besoins des clients pour des projets spéciaux et proposer des solutions adaptées; Évaluer les matières générées par les clients dans le cadre de l’implantation de mini-écocentres; Collaborer avec l’équipe de gestion au développement de nouvelles solutions pour le traitement des matières; Offrir un soutien administratif et opérationnel à la direction; Maintenir à jour les informations clients dans le CRM et assurer le suivi des comptes sous sa responsabilité; Agir en cohérence avec les valeurs, les politiques et les programmes de l’organisation. Profil recherché : Formation collégiale ou expérience pertinente dans le domaine du transport, de la logistique, de l’entreposage, de la gestion des matières résiduelles ou du recyclage (un atout); Expérience en vente consultative B2B, idéalement en vente interne et/ou externe; Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle et en communication; Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office; Expérience avec un CRM (connaissance de Zoho, un atout); Présentation professionnelle et approche orientée vers les solutions; Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément avec rigueur et autonomie; Connaissance des matières dangereuses et formation SIMDUT (un atout); Anglais fonctionnel.
