Coordonnateur(trice) maintenance – Laurentides Horaire de fin de semaine : 3 x 12 heures, du vendredi au dimanche, de 6 h à 18 h Notre client, une entreprise bien établie et reconnue dans sa région, est à la recherche d’un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) maintenance d’expérience. Relevant du directeur d’usine, la personne titulaire du poste sera responsable de planifier, coordonner et superviser les activités de maintenance réalisées durant la fin de semaine, notamment en assurant la gestion des contracteurs et la coordination des travaux, afin de garantir un redémarrage efficace et sécuritaire de l’usine le lundi matin. Responsabilités principales : · Coordonner les travaux de réparation et d’entretien, établir les priorités avec le planificateur et le directeur ; · Encadrer et soutenir l’équipe de mécaniciens; · Répondre rapidement aux bris de production et encadrer les réparations ; · Gérer les aspects RH en respectant la convention collective et les normes du travail ; · Superviser les sous-traitants et assurer le suivi administratif (rapports, documentation RH et SST) ; · Maintenir un milieu de travail propre, sécuritaire et conforme aux normes de santé et sécurité ; Profil recherché : · DEP en mécanique industrielle ou formation équivalente ; · Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en supervision dans un environnement manufacturier ; · Bonne maîtrise des composantes mécaniques, hydrauliques, pneumatiques et bases en électricité ; · Solides compétences en gestion d’équipe, organisation et rigueur ; · Connaissance des logiciels de gestion de maintenance et des normes de sécurité en milieu industriel.
