Le profil recherché En plus de partager nos 5 principes fondamentaux, voici ce que nous recherchons chez les membres de notre équipe : Tu te passionnes pour le coaching de gestion et la formation. Tu aimes transmettre ton expérience et tes connaissances. Tu souhaites avoir un impact dans les PME en rendant les gestionnaires compétents et mobilisants. Tu sais ce que c’est d’être un consultant qui est un travailleur autonome (atout majeur puisqu’en plus de conserver ton indépendance, on t’aide à trouver de nouveaux mandats). Tu connais bien la réalité des PME. Tu es prêt à te déplacer sur les territoires de nos clients (Montréal, Montérégie, Laval, Drummondville, Sherbrooke, Québec). Tu souhaites travailler dans des secteurs d'activités variés, en présentiel ou à distance. Tu as de la facilité pour analyser, influencer et implanter des recommandations. Tu es curieux, techno autonome et tu n’as pas peur d’innover. Responsable et imputable de tes actions, tu sais désamorcer toutes les situations. Ta polyvalence est reconnue et tu axes tes interventions sur les solutions. Ton niveau d’aisance avec l’anglais te permettrait de prendre en charge un client anglophone. Ton professionnalisme n’a d’égal que ta belle personnalité.
