Gestionnaire des opérations Notre client est à la recherche d’un responsable des opérations pour piloter l'ensemble des activités au quotidien. On cherche une personne de terrain, ultra-proactive, qui aime comprendre la réalité de l'exploitation et s'assurer que les choses se font vraiment. La mission principale consiste à prendre la responsabilité complète de l'exploitation, repérer les enjeux avant qu'ils ne deviennent des problèmes et veiller à ce que l'entreprise tourne à plein régime jour après jour. temps plein Salaire : 75,000$ - 95,000$ selon expérience Votre défi Superviser l'ensemble des opérations quotidiennes et garantir la fluidité des activités. Effectuer le suivi rigoureux des commandes clients, des reliquats (backorders), des transferts de stock et des demandes spéciales. Déceler rapidement les dysfonctionnements et déployer des solutions pratiques immédiates. Coordonner les priorités d'inventaire en fonction des besoins des clients et des impératifs d'affaires. Assurer la mise en œuvre complète des plans d'action du début à la fin. Concevoir, structurer et optimiser les processus ainsi que les méthodes de travail. S'investir au besoin dans les détails opérationnels pour comprendre les enjeux du terrain. Effectuer des déplacements mensuels aux U.S durant les six premiers mois pour évaluer et sécuriser les opérations sur place. Profil recherché Expérience confirmée en gestion des opérations, idéalement dans le secteur de la distribution. Approche axée sur le terrain, avec une volonté de rester près des activités et des équipes. Bon jugement, esprit d'analyse et capacité d'anticipation des risques. Fortes aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes et la recherche de solutions concrètes. Excellent sens de l'organisation et gestion efficace de priorités multiples. Aisance avec la logique de processus et la gestion de systèmes (la maîtrise d'un logiciel spécifique comme SAP n'est pas requise; la capacité d'apprentissage et le sens logique sont privilégiés). Autonomie globale, rigueur et capacité à assumer la pleine responsabilité de l'exploitation.
