Ingénieur de produits et d’applications- Montreal Notre client, expert dans la distribution de moteurs et d’équipements de transmission, et reconnu pour ses solutions techniques sur mesure, cherche un Ingénieur de produits et d’applications. Vous serez au cœur des projets, de la conception au support client, en assurant des solutions de motorisation et de transmission de puissance de haute qualité. Votre rôle Fournir un support technique spécialisé pour la sélection et la validation de produits (motorisation, transmission, refroidissement, etc.) selon les applications spécifiques. Effectuer les revues d’application des motorisations installées chez nos clients. Mener des études de faisabilité technique et de coûts. Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes mécaniques, électriques et électroniques Assurer la communication technique avec les départements d’ingénierie de nos manufacturiers et fournisseurs. Concevoir et élaborer des plans, dessins techniques et d’ateliers (2D et 3D). Établir la liste des composantes (BOM) et estimer le temps de production pour les équipements et unités de puissance. Produire des cahiers d’instructions détaillés pour la planification, l’organisation et le suivi de l’assemblage des projets en atelier. Assurer un suivi de projet rigoureux auprès des clients. Profil recherché Détenir un diplôme universitaire en génie mécanique (membre OIQ) ou dans une discipline pertinente. Un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en conception de produit à valeur ajoutée, en planification ou en support client technique. Excellentes connaissances en mécanique, électricité et électronique (instrumentation et contrôle). Maîtrise de SolidWorks et PDM. Connaissance des méthodes de fabrication (usinage, pliage, soudure). Bilinguisme (français et anglais). Démontrer une aptitude pour le travail d’équipe multidisciplinaire et pour les interactions efficaces avec les clients, les concessionnaires et les gestionnaires de projet. Bonnes connaissances en groupes électrogènes : conception mécanique, électrique et programmation de panneaux de contrôle. Connaissances des moteurs diesel, à essence, hybrides ou groupes électrogènes (un atout). Avantages offerts : Opportunités d’évolution et de développement professionnel. Formation continue.
