Machiniste conventionnel (Semaine de 4 jours du lundi au jeudi) Notre client est une entreprise reconnue dans le domaine de la sous-traitance industrielle, spécialisée en usinage de précision et en assemblage mécano-soudé. Elle offre des solutions sur mesure à une clientèle œuvrant notamment dans les secteurs du transport, de la machinerie lourde et de l’industrie manufacturière. Sous la responsabilité du contremaître, le machiniste est responsable d’opérer différentes machines-outils conventionnelles (tour, fraiseuse, scie, presse, etc.) afin de fabriquer, modifier, ajuster ou réparer des pièces mécaniques selon les plans et devis. Les pièces peuvent être fabriquées à partir de différents matériaux, notamment l’acier, l’acier inoxydable (stainless), l’aluminium, le plastique et divers alliages spécialisés. Principales responsabilités : Lire et interpréter les plans, dessins et devis techniques; Calculer les dimensions et tolérances requises; Préparer, régler et opérer les machines-outils conventionnelles; Fabriquer et ajuster des pièces mécaniques en différents matériaux; Installer les outils, gabarits et pièces sur les équipements; Effectuer les mesures et contrôles dimensionnels à l’aide d’instruments de précision; Inspecter les pièces en cours et en fin de production afin d’assurer leur conformité; Effectuer les ajustements et corrections nécessaires; Maintenir les équipements et le poste de travail propres et en bon état; Respecter les standards de qualité, de précision et de sécurité. Profil recherché : DEP en usinage ou DEC en génie mécanique ou formation pertinente; Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience comme machiniste; Excellente maîtrise de la lecture de plans et de la métrologie; Autonomie sur différents équipements conventionnels; Expérience CNC, un atout; Rigueur, minutie, autonomie, initiative et esprit d’équipe.
