REPRÉSENTANT AUX VENTES INTERNES Notre client, établi à Montréal depuis plus de 30 ans, est un acteur reconnu dans la distribution de pièces, moteurs et solutions de transmissions pour les secteurs industriel et maritime. Réputé pour son expertise technique et la qualité de ses services, il offre des solutions sur mesure adaptées aux besoins de sa clientèle. VOTRE MISSION · Agir comme principal contact pour les clients et concessionnaires concernant les demandes de pièces, composantes et moteurs de remplacement. · Analyser les besoins des clients et fournir l’information pertinente concernant les produits, les prix et les délais de livraison. · Effectuer les recherches nécessaires dans différents portails techniques ou auprès des partenaires manufacturiers afin d’identifier les solutions appropriées. · Préparer les soumissions et procéder au traitement des commandes de pièces et moteurs de remplacement. · Assurer le suivi rigoureux des commandes et confirmer les informations auprès des clients. Traiter l’ensemble des commandes dans le système ERP SAP Business One. · Préparer les demandes d’autorisation de retour (RMA) et gérer les commandes de remplacement lorsque requis. · Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus internes liés aux ventes et au réseau de concessionnaires. PROFIL RECHERCHÉ · 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de ventes internes, soutien technique ou commis aux pièces. · Excellent service à la clientèle et capacité à développer des relations de confiance clients. · Sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs demandes simultanément. · Aisance avec les outils informatiques, incluant la suite Microsoft Office et les systèmes ERP. · Bon sens des responsabilités, autonomie et esprit d’initiative. · Excellente capacité de collaboration et esprit d’équipe. · Grand intérêt pour le domaine technique et mécaniques. · Bilinguisme fonctionnel, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
