Votre Impact Notre client accompagne les producteurs agricoles depuis plus de 33 ans avec des solutions d’éclairage DEL conçues pour améliorer la performance des élevages et le bien-être animal. Nous recherchons un(e) Analyste financier et comptable doté(e) d’un esprit entrepreneurial, prêt(e) à s’investir dans un rôle stratégique et à évoluer avec l’entreprise en contribuant activement à son développement. Ce que vous ferez Vous prendrez en charge la comptabilité quotidienne et assurerez la production des états financiers. Vous apporterez un regard analytique pour soutenir les décisions, développer des indicateurs clés (KPI) et faire ressortir les tendances et enjeux financiers. Vous aurez l’espace nécessaire pour proposer des améliorations, optimiser les processus et contribuer aux réflexions stratégiques de l’entreprise. À court terme, vous contribuerez à simplifier et automatiser les processus comptables afin de dégager du temps pour un volet plus analytique et stratégique. Ce rôle vous plaira si vous recherchez un environnement dynamique, avec des responsabilités variées et des occasions d’apprendre chaque jour. Volet comptabilité & opérations Gérer la comptabilité quotidienne et effectuer la fermeture mensuelle (conciliations, écritures, rapports financiers). Optimiser et automatiser les processus comptables pour gagner en efficacité. Volet analytique et stratégique Analyser les résultats financiers et développer des KPI utiles à la direction. Préparer des analyses stratégiques (business cases, dossiers de subventions, études de rentabilité). Participer aux discussions de gestion et appuyer la direction dans les décisions financières. Ce que nous recherchons DEP, DEC ou BAC en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe. 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en comptabilité (PME ou manufacturier : un atout). Expérience en gestion complète du cycle comptable Maîtrise d’Excel et capacité à structurer des données financières. Aisance avec les logiciels comptables (Acomba ou équivalent). Capacité à développer des analyses stratégiques (business cases, subventions, rentabilité). Habileté à transformer des données en recommandations claires. Bilinguisme. Votre profil Une rigueur administrative à toute épreuve. Un talent naturel pour l'organisation et la gestion des priorités. Un sens client aiguisé (empathie, fiabilité et professionnalisme).
