RESPONSABLE DES RESSOURCES HUMAINES Lieu : Lachine Vous cherchez un défi RH stimulant au sein d’une entreprise innovante qui rayonne à l’échelle internationale? Notre client est une usine de production spécialisée dans les technologies de hautes précisions. Travaillant de manière autonome, vous occuperez un rôle pivot au cœur des opérations pour conseiller les gestionnaires, structurer les pratiques RH et veiller au bien-être des équipes. De la stratégie RH globale au suivi concret du quotidien, votre polyvalence et votre leadership humain feront une différence directe sur le bon fonctionnement du climat de travail. VOS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS · Partenariat et conseil auprès des gestionnaires : Accompagner et coacher les gestionnaires au quotidien : leadership, suivi des effectifs, gestion du rendement, résolution de conflits et rétention des talents. · Conformité, politiques internes et administration RH : Réviser le manuel de l'employé et les politiques internes, veiller au respect des normes du travail, gérer les dossiers du personnel et préparer les données pour la paie et les avantages sociaux en lien avec la comptabilité. · Acquisition de talents et parcours de l’employé : Piloter le cycle complet du recrutement ainsi que l'élaboration et la coordination du parcours d’accueil, d'intégration et de formation des nouveaux employés. · Développement des compétences et climat organisationnel : Coordonner les évaluations annuelles, identifier les besoins de formation (incluant SST), agir comme personne-ressource neutre et promouvoir le bien-être au travail. · Santé et sécurité au travail (SST) : Assurer la conformité réglementaire (suivi du comité SST), déployer le programme de prévention des risques et prendre en charge la gestion globale des incidents, des accidents de travail et des retours au travail. PROFIL RECHERCHÉ · Baccalauréat en ressources humaines ou en relation industrielle. · Membre de l’Ordre des CRHA ou CRIA. · 5 à 8 ans d’expérience générale dans une PME du domaine manufacturier. · Bilinguisme essentiel. · Autonomie : Habitude et aisance à travailler dans un poste autonome (sans équipe dédiée) tout en gérant à la fois la stratégie et le volet opérationnel. · Sens de l’organisation et polyvalence : Capacité à mener de front la gestion RH quotidienne et les obligations réglementaires SST. · Aisance relationnelle et diplomatie : Aptitude à créer un climat de confiance à tous les niveaux. · Sens de la confidentialité et éthique professionnelle.
