Superviseur(e) – Division Énergie Montréal | Temps plein Notre client est à la recherche d’un(e) Superviseur(e) – Division Énergie pour diriger les activités de service liées aux groupes électrogènes et génératrices. Vous serez au cœur des opérations, en assurant la coordination des interventions, le soutien technique aux équipes et la satisfaction des clients. Vos responsabilités Planifier et coordonner les interventions en atelier et sur site : installation, entretien et réparation. Superviser, mobiliser et soutenir une équipe de 5 techniciens. Gérer les priorités, les urgences, les horaires et les appels de service. Assurer le suivi des bons de travail, des heures, des pièces, des inventaires et de la facturation. Suivre la productivité, les délais, les coûts et la rentabilité des interventions. Préparer les soumissions et assurer le respect des ententes contractuelles. Veiller au respect des normes de SST, qualité et environnement. Collaborer avec les équipes d’ingénierie, des ventes, de l’approvisionnement et de la production. Former, encadrer et évaluer les membres de l’équipe. Le profil recherché DEP ou DEC en mécanique industrielle, électromécanique ou domaine connexe. 5 ans d’expérience en mécanique diesel ou industrielle, dont 2 ans en supervision. Solide connaissance des groupes électrogènes/génératrices. Bonnes connaissances en électricité, contrôles, panneaux et synchronisation. Leadership, autonomie, sens de l’organisation et excellente gestion des priorités. Aisance avec les outils informatiques de gestion (ERP, Excel, etc.).
