1. Resumo do Cargo:

O Jovem Aprendiz Administrativo atuará no suporte às rotinas administrativas do setor de Transporte, auxiliando no controle, organização e atualização de documentos, planilhas e informações relacionadas às operações de transporte e entregas. Terá a oportunidade de desenvolver conhecimentos sobre processos administrativos e logísticos, adquirindo experiência prática e participando da formação teórica oferecida pela instituição parceira.

2. Principais Atribuições do Cargo:

Auxiliar nas rotinas administrativas do setor de Transporte; Organizar, arquivar e controlar documentos relacionados à frota e aos motoristas; Apoiar no preenchimento e atualização de planilhas e relatórios; Auxiliar no controle de documentos de veículos, como licenciamento e demais registros; Apoiar no lançamento e conferência de informações relacionadas às entregas; Auxiliar no controle e organização de comprovantes de entrega; Realizar atendimento interno e prestar suporte à equipe de transporte; Auxiliar no controle e encaminhamento de documentos e solicitações do setor; Apoiar a equipe nas demais atividades administrativas e operacionais do departamento; Participar das atividades de capacitação teórica previstas no programa de aprendizagem.

3. Requisitos Gerais:

Formação: Ensino médio cursando ou completo; Idade: Entre 18 e 24 anos, conforme legislação vigente; Conhecimentos: Noções básicas de informática e Pacote Office serão um diferencial; Disponibilidade: Para cumprir a carga horária prevista no programa de aprendizagem. 4. Competências Comportamentais:

Organização e atenção aos detalhes; Proatividade e vontade de aprender; Responsabilidade e comprometimento; Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal; Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe; Interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos na área administrativa e logística.

Vale transporte/ ou Auxilio Combustivel, Convenio Medico e Odontologico ( Porto Saúde ), 50% paga pela empresa.
