* Responsabilidades:

  • Recepciona visitantes e colaboradores, oferecendo assistência e informações necessárias de forma cordial e profissional.
  • Realiza check-in e check-out de clientes no sistema, bem como cadastros, lançamentos de vendas, fechamento de caixa e outras informações correlatas.
  • Atende chamadas telefônicas, redireciona e registra recados, garantindo que a comunicação interna e externa seja eficiente.
  • Realiza a limpeza e organização da área da recepção mantendo-a apresentável, contribuindo para a boa impressão do ambiente.
  • Controla o fluxo de entrada e saída de pessoas e materiais, registrando dados relevantes conforme necessário.
  • Auxilia em agendamentos e reuniões, coordenando as demandas logísticas para a equipe.
  • Colabora com outras áreas, proporcionando suporte administrativo que facilite o funcionamento da empresa.

* Qualificações:

  • Conhecimento prático em ferramentas de informática, como Microsoft Office, e habilidades de comunicação eficazes, tanto verbal quanto escrita.
  • Capacidade de atendimento ao cliente, demonstrando empatia e profissionalismo nas interações.

* Qualificações educacionais:

  • Informática básica
  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Cursar ou ter concluído formação técnica ou superior em áreas relacionadas à administração ou atendimento ao cliente será considerado um diferencial.

* Conhecimentos e habilidades:

  • Conhecimento prático em atendimento ao público e habilidades para resolver problemas simples.
