Over de organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is topleverancier van geautomatiseerde, geïntegreerde logistieke oplossingen, variërend van geautomatiseerde palletopslag tot volledig geautomatiseerde en gerobotiseerde goods-to-person order picking systemen. De organisatie is onderdeel van een groot internationaal concern, gespecialiseerd in logistieke oplossingen. Als leverancier van geïntegreerde logistieke oplossingen ontwerpt en levert onze opdrachtgever toekomstbestendige magazijnoplossingen, die een unieke mix van innovatieve en ultramoderne subsystemen combineren die worden bestuurd door hun in in-house ontwikkelde Warehouse Control System.

Voor deze innovatieve marktleider in de wereld van warehousing en intralogistiek zijn wij op zoek naar een Accountmanager. De uitdaging voor deze functie is het verder doen groeien en ontwikkelen van hun Goods-to-Person (G2P) Warehouse Automation oplossingen in de Benelux. In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Sales Manager G2P Solutions BNL.

Verkoopteam De verkooporganisatie bestaat uit een team van accountmanagers, sales engineers, sales consultants en marketeers. Binnen een multifunctioneel en vaak multicultureel team worden de toekomstbestendige oplossingen ontworpen en aangeboden aan hun klanten. Verkochte projecten worden overgedragen aan het projectuitvoeringsteam, dat ervoor zorgt dat de projecten succesvol worden afgerond en overgedragen aan zowel de klant als de serviceorganisatie.

Wat kom je brengen?

  • Voldoen aan of overtreffen van de orderintake doelstellingen.
  • Leadgeneratie om de orderintake en groeiambities te faciliteren.
  • Omzetten van leads naar klanten/schriftelijke orders (deal closing).
  • Onderhouden van een goede relatie met de OEMers (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
  • Managen van zowel de externe (klanten, consultants en leveranciers) als de interne belanghebbenden om het succes en de buy-in van de voorstellen op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisaties te garanderen.
  • Volgen van het beleid, de regels en de voorschriften van het bedrijf.

Wie ben jij?

  • Sterke commerciële vaardigheden en het vermogen om klantbehoeften om te zetten in technische vereisten, systeemoplossingen en zakelijke kansen.
  • Aantoonbare expertise in verkoop in een B2B-omgeving met een uitgebreide verkoopcyclus.
  • Bewezen trackrecord in het onderhandelen van (middel)grote CAPEX-deals.
  • Affiniteit met techniek.
  • Kennis van warehousing is een pre.
  • Bereidheid om te reizen.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.
