Verkoopmanager (dienstverlener B2B) Drachten ⎜ 40 uur

Voor hun vestiging in Drachten is onze opdrachtgever op zoek naar een een commerciële en mensgerichte Verkoopmanager. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planontwikkeling en realisatie van de commerciële doelstellingen van deze vestiging. Je geeft leiding aan een team van circa 12-14 FTE, waarmee je de klanten bedient in de regio Noord-Nederland (Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe). Middels een goede samenwerking met het gehele team behaal jij het beste resultaat. Het zijn allemaal harde werkers die elkaar helpen om uiteindelijk de klant te voorzien van professioneel advies en de beste service. Wat kom je brengen?

  • Het hiërarchisch leidinggeven aan een team van Accountmanagers, Productspecialisten en (Afdelingsmanager) Commerciële Binnendienst
  • Het coachen en aansturen van jouw team met als doel het realiseren van omzet en winst groei, behoud en uitbouwen van de omzet bij relaties en acquisitie van nieuwe klanten
  • Het opstellen en uitvoeren van het jaarplan en jaarbudget in samenspraak met de Commercieel Manager en deze naar individuele, concrete en realistische targets vertalen voor de medewerkers in jouw team
  • Het uitvoeren van een planmatige en strategische marktbewerking in samenwerking met het commerciële team en andere business units
  • Het aangaan en onderhouden van interne en externe relaties op tactisch/strategisch niveau gericht op commerciële kansen en/of samenwerking
  • Het bouwen aan langdurige samenwerking wat resulteert in strategisch partnerschap met de klant
  • Het nemen van het eindbesluit van commerciële onderhandelingen binnen de gestelde kaders
  • Het signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en deze vertalen in commerciële mogelijkheden
  • De regie nemen in het tenderproces naar de klant, inclusief de onderhandelingen mbt aanbestedingen en/of grote offerterondes
  • Je presenteert aan directies en management teams bij de klant in het kader van grote offerterondes

  • Je bent resultaatgericht en ondernemend
