Over de organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een internationaal opererende speler met een sterke reputatie in innovatieve en technisch hoogwaardige oplossingen op het gebied van toegangscontrole, gebouwbeheer en logistieke automatisering. Als onafhankelijk familiebedrijf bestaan ze al meer dan 40 jaar en combineren ze continu innovatie met degelijke kwaliteit. De organisatie is van oorsprong Duits en opereert wereldwijd vanuit meerdere internationale vestigingen. Ze ontwikkelen hun oplossingen volledig in eigen huis en bieden daarmee maatwerk aan klanten in uiteenlopende sectoren.

Voor de Nederlandse markt zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Salesmanager die het leuk vindt om veel onderweg te zijn, contact te onderhouden met bestaande klanten en nieuwe relaties op te bouwen. In deze rol fungeer je als het gezicht van de organisatie in Nederland. Je werkt samen met collega's van support, binnendienst en productontwikkeling en weet de brug te slaan tussen klantwensen en technische mogelijkheden. Klinkt dit als jouw volgende stap? Wat kom je brengen?

  • Je bouwt actief aan een netwerk van partners en eindgebruikers binnen Nederland
  • Je onderhoudt en verdiept relaties met bestaande klanten
  • Je signaleert kansen in de markt en vertaalt deze naar concrete verkoopacties
  • Je vertegenwoordigt de organisatie op (internationale) vakbeurzen en events
  • Je presenteert het portfolio aan klanten en verzorgt de opvolging van leads
  • Je bent, indien nodig, betrokken bij projectmanagement van gewonnen opdrachten
  • Je stemt je strategie en planning af met de teamleider sales

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt affiniteit met techniek en beschikt over ervaring met het verkopen van technische producten of oplossingen
  • Je bent commercieel, communicatief sterk en weet zelfstandig een netwerk op te bouwen
  • Je hebt ervaring met CRM-systemen en Microsoft Office
  • Ervaring in elektronische toegangscontrole of gebouwbeheersystemen is een pre
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede beheersing van het Engels en bij voorkeur ook Duits
  • Je vindt het vanzelfsprekend om meerdere dagen per week onderweg te zijn
  • Je hebt er geen problemen mee dat het (hoofd)kantoor niet in Nederland is gevestigd
