Over de organisatie Onze opdrachtgever helpt organisaties met flexibele ondersteuning in support- en servicedeskrollen. Zij zorgen dat professionals op de juiste plek terechtkomen en bieden opdrachtgevers betrouwbare versterking van hun dienstverlening.

Het team is jong, energiek en ambitieus. Iedereen kent elkaar en er heerst een open, gezellige sfeer. Micromanagement is er niet: je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor je klantenpakket en krijgt de ruimte om je eigen aanpak vorm te geven. Zowel de organisatie als de mensen die er werken zijn volop in ontwikkeling.

Wat ga je doen? Als Accountmanager combineer je relatiebeheer met het vinden van nieuwe kansen en het matchen van professionals bij opdrachtgevers. Je bouwt actief aan relaties, ziet mogelijkheden en zet die om in concrete plaatsingen en langdurige samenwerkingen.

Je werkzaamheden zijn o.a.:

  • Relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met klanten en professionals
  • Nieuwe leads oppakken en vertalen naar concrete opdrachten
  • Kennismakingsgesprekken voeren en kandidaten begeleiden
  • Actief zoeken naar passende opdrachten voor professionals
  • Meedenken over commerciële kansen en projecten binnen het team

Wie ben jij? Je bent ondernemend, hebt de gunfactor en durft jezelf te zijn. Je haalt plezier uit het scoren van nieuwe opdrachten en voldoening uit het succesvol plaatsen van professionals. Je stelt altijd het belang van klant en collega voorop en werkt met plezier en enthousiasme.
