Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de nuestro(a) próximo(a) Analista de Atracción de Talentos, cuya principal misión será posicionarse como un asesor estratégico del negocio, mediante la coordinación y gestión de procesos de reclutamiento, selección y formación, tanto del negocio como de estructura, en cumplimiento de los plazos estipulados de acuerdo con las políticas de la Compañía

Sus principales responsabilidades y tareas son:

  • Analizar técnicamente requerimientos de reclutamiento y selección al interior de la organización.
  • Administrar la información concerniente al reclutamiento y selección de postulantes.
  • Aplicar dispositivos para la selección de personas: evaluación curricular, entrevistas evaluaciones psicolaborales, de acuerdo a lineamientos de recursos humanos.
  • Asesorar la toma de decisiones en lo relativo al proceso de reclutamiento y selección del área
  • Realizar el proceso de búsqueda, detección y definición de necesidades de selección
  • Participar en la definición las Políticas de Selección y pruebas para evaluar los conocimientos y habilidades de los candidatos a través de la confección de Key Scoring en plataforma Talana
  • Identificar las fuentes de reclutamiento óptimas para cada perfil e integrar al ATS corporativo Workable
  • Publicitar las vacantes de la compañía tanto internas como externas en los canales adecuados e integrarlos en ATS corporativo Workable
  • Gestionar las postulaciones internas / externas para realizar los filtros curriculares en ATS corporativo Workable.
  • Realizar los procesos de selección de principio a fin, formalizando el requerimiento, publicando ofertas, realizando entrevistas, aplicando evaluaciones a través de plataforma Talana
  • Gestionar los procesos a través de EST y controlar dichos trabajadores desde su incorporación hasta su salida
  • Coordinar el proceso de onboarding y el plan de formación inicial para todas las nuevas incorporaciones con área de prevención de riesgos y desarrollo organizacional
  • Prestar apoyo en proyectos del área de desarrollo organizacional

Requirements

  • Educación: Estudios técnico profesional y/o universitarios en Psicología, Administración y gestión de recursos humanos, reclutamiento y selección de personal.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años desempeñando cargos relacionados como analista de selección y capacitación, o afín.
  • Habilidades Específicas/: Excel intermedio, excelente habilidades comunicacionales, orientado al cliente interno y resultados.
