Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Líder de Calidad Fumigaciones, responsable de liderar, planificar y supervisar la estrategia de gestión de calidad, cumplimiento normativo y mejora continua de la Línea de Fumigaciones.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales tareas?

  • Planificar y supervisar el despliegue del equipo de Control de Calidad en terreno para garantizar una cobertura eficiente y alineada a los estándares de la compañía.
  • Brindar asesoría técnica de alto valor a clientes estratégicos (Tier 1, 2 y 3) e identificar proactivamente oportunidades de crecimiento y ampliación de negocios.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de la legislación nacional vigente, políticas de prevención de riesgos (SHE/JSA/SWMS) y procedimientos operativos estandarizados (SOP).
  • Autorizar servicios de fumigación a nivel nacional, verificar dosificaciones correctas y asegurar la elaboración de Evaluaciones de Riesgos Operativos (FRA).
  • Asegurar la calibración y buen estado de los equipos de medición, gestionando no conformidades y la correcta disposición de residuos.
  • Articular y coordinar estrategias locales de retención y fidelización de cuentas principales para mitigar el riesgo de bajas dentro del budget anual.
  • Promover la mejora continua e innovaciones de la Línea de Fumigaciones (tecnologías de calor, feromonas, monitoreo de granos, entre otros).
  • Articular sinérgicamente la comunicación entre Operaciones, Customer Care, Dirección Técnica, Comercial, Administración y RRHH.
  • Diseñar y liderar planes de Formación Técnica Continua para el personal técnico, de calidad y fuerza de ventas.
  • Brindar apoyo operativo directo en periodos de alta demanda (peak) y colaborar activamente en la investigación de incidentes y uso correcto de EPP.
  • Dar soporte a clientes en procesos de auditorías normativas e internacionales (ISO 9001, 14001, HACCP, BRC, AIB, FSSC 22000).

Requirements

¿Qué requiero para poder postular al cargo?

  • Formación: Titulado de Ingeniería Ambiental, Forestal, Agrícola, Agronomía o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en gestión, control y aseguramiento de la calidad en terreno.
  • Sólida trayectoria en la línea de fumigación, manejo de fumigantes, control de plagas industriales y normativas SHE.
  • Experiencia liderando y desarrollando equipos técnicos o de calidad geográficamente dispersos (gestión remota y multisede).
  • Experiencia trabajando con matrices de desempeño, OKRs, KPIs y gestión de clientes corporativos.
  • Manejo de Software, Excel y herramientas de Google Workspace.
  • Residencia en Santiago (Excluyente).
