The posting

Position: E-commerce VA

Number of hours: 10 hours/week Schedule: New Jersey Timezone (EST)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, optimize, and upload product listings on Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
  • Upload, format, and manage product images, videos, and other media.
  • Monitor and update stock levels across platforms.
  • Assist with order tracking, fulfillment coordination, and returns processing.
  • Conduct product and keyword research to identify new opportunities (preferred but not required).
  • Optimize listings to improve ranking, click-through rate (CTR), and conversions (preferred but not required).
  • Stay updated on platform guidelines, policies, and new features.
  • Generate and maintain reports using spreadsheets and inventory management tools.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce VA or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify Admin, and TikTok Seller Center.
  • Strong understanding of SEO for product listings and marketplace algorithms.
  • Familiarity with inventory management tools, spreadsheets, and reporting.
  • Graphic capabilities are a HUGE plus.
  • Experience in Shopify Design and Development is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
