Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Lagers am Standort Kirchaich sowie Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von ca. sechs Mitarbeitenden
  • Planung und Steuerung des Personaleinsatzes, einschließlich Aufgabenverteilung, Schichtplanung und Urlaubskoordination
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Materialversorgung der Produktion unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Verfügbarkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Verantwortung für die reibungslose Abwicklung sämtlicher Lagerprozesse, insbesondere Wareneingang, Wareneingangsprüfung, Ein- und Auslagerung sowie interne Materialflüsse
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Lager- und Logistikprozessen sowie Unterstützung bei der Einführung des ERP-Systems Dynamics 365
  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung der Entsorgungslogistik unter Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Vorgaben
  • Organisation, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Inventuren sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Bestandsgenauigkeit
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Lagerbestände sowie Sicherstellung eines effizienten Bestandsmanagements
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen, behördlichen und betrieblichen Vorschriften im Bereich Lagerlogistik, einschließlich der Überwachung des Gefahrstofflagers
  • Förderung einer sicheren, strukturierten und kontinuierlich verbesserten Arbeitsweise im Lagerbereich
  • Kontinuierliche Zusammenarbeit mit der Werkleitung sowie der Matrixorganisation Supply Chain

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Lagerwirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung; idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung zum Logistikmeister, Fachwirt oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lagerlogistik, vorzugsweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Lagerverwaltungssystemen und ERP-Anwendungen, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Team- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, Gefahrstofflagerung und Inventurwesen sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens A2-Niveau
