Aufgaben

  • Mitwirkung bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des integrierten Managementsystems (Qualität, Umwelt, Energie) mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf dem Energiemanagement nach ISO 50001
  • Pflege und Optimierung der energiebezogenen Prozesse, Verfahren und Dokumentationen
  • Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits sowie Sicherstellung der Normkonformität
  • Analyse und Überwachung von Energieverbräuchen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Entwicklung, Verfolgung und Reporting von Energieleistungskennzahlen (EnPIs)
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Energieeffizienzprojekten zur Reduzierung von Energieverbrauch, Kosten und CO₂-Emissionen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit operativen Bereichen zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung der Energieperformance
  • Erstellung von Energieberichten, Analysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Werkleitung
  • Schulung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden in energiebezogenen Fragestellungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erreichung der Nachhaltigkeits- und Klimaziele des Unternehmens

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Energietechnik/ Elektrotechnik, alternativ vergleichbare Qualifikation durch technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung (z. B. staatlich geprüfte/r Techniker/in)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Energiemanagement, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement oder technischen Managementsystemen (idealerweise in produzierendem Umfeld)
  • Gute Kenntnisse der ISO 50001 sowie idealerweise weiterer Managementsystemnormen (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse von Energie- und Leistungsdaten sowie der Entwicklung von Kennzahlen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Mess-, Analyse- und Reporting-Tools (z. B. Energiemonitoring/ MS Office/ PowerBI)
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
