Aufgaben

  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Prüffeldes als zentrale Instanz für Qualitätssicherung, Konformitätsbewertung und technische Freigaben im Werk
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Teams im Prüffeld (Teamgröße ca. 5 Mitarbeitende)
  • Planung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prüfabläufe hinsichtlich Qualität, Effizienz und Normkonformität
  • Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung einer an ISO 17025 orientierten Struktur und Arbeitsweise im Prüffeld
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in diesem Bereich
  • Analyse, Bewertung und technische Freigabe von Messergebnissen (z. B. Teilentladungsmessungen/TE-Pattern, DGA und weitere diagnostische Verfahren)
  • Verantwortung für Termintreue, optimale Auslastung der Prüfkapazitäten sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prüfprozesse
  • Unterstützung und Begleitung von internen und externen Audits, Zertifizierungen sowie Kundenabnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Technik, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung sowie Mitarbeit an technischen Optimierungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik (TU oder FH), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Energietechnik; alternativ eine Weiterbildung zum Meister (m/w/d) Elektrotechnik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Führung von Teams im technischen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit relevanten Normen sowie regulatorischen Anforderungen im Bereich der elektrischen Energietechnik
  • Fähigkeit, Messergebnisse sicher zu analysieren, zu bewerten und daraus fundierte Entscheidungen abzuleiten
  • Weiterbildung zur Verantwortlichen Elektrofachkraft (VEFK) ist von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz sowie hohe Teamfähigkeit
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
