Aufgaben

  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Prüffeldes als zentrale Instanz für Qualität, Konformität und technische Freigabe im Werk
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres Teams im Bereich Testing
  • Definition und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prüfabläufen in Bezug auf Qualität, Effizienz und Normkonformität
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung einer ISO 17025-orientierten Struktur im Prüffeld
  • Sicherstellung der normkonformen Anwendung im operativen Prüfbereich
  • Technische Freigabe und Klassifikation von Messergebnissen (z.B. TE-Pattern, DGA, etc.)
  • Verantwortung für Termintreue, Prüfkapazität und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prüfprozesse
  • Unterstützung von Audits, Zertifizierungen und Kundenabnahmen
  • Mitarbeit in Entwicklungsprojekten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik (TU, FH oder HTW) Vertiefungsrichtung Energietechnik wünschenswert, alternativ Meister Elektrotechnik
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Führung von Teams im technischen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Normen und regulatorischen Anforderungen im Umfeld elektrischer Energietechnik
  • Fähigkeit, Messergebnisse klar zu bewerten und belastbare Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Weiterbildung zur Verantwortlichen Elektrofachkraft wünschenswert
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denken
  • Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz, Teamfähigkeit
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
