Aufgaben

  • Steuerung und Koordination von Entwicklungsprojekten sowie Entwicklungsänderungen unter Einhaltung der globalen RITZ-Prozesslandschaft; Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von Dimensionierungs- und Designregeln
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer Fertigungstechnologien sowie Entwicklung zukunftsorientierter Produkte im Bereich Energietechnik
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung technischer Kundenanfragen, Unterstützung bei Reklamationen sowie Begleitung individueller Kundenaufträge in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Konstruktion
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung internationaler Normen, Standards und technischer Spezifikationen während des gesamten Produktentwicklungszyklus
  • Bereitstellung fundierter technischer Informationen und Lösungen für interne und externe Ansprechpartner zur Sicherstellung eines hohen Kundenzufriedenheitsniveaus
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Konstruktion, Vertrieb, Produktion und Einkauf zur Sicherstellung effizienter Entwicklungs- und Produktionsprozesse
  • Modellierung und Simulation mit FEM-Tools
  • Konzeption, Koordination und Begleitung von Typprüfungen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Prüflaboren und -instituten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Physik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Schaltanlagenbau, Elektromaschinenbau oder in der Energieübertragung (z. B. Kabel, Leitungen, Stromschienen) von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in der Modellierung physikalischer Systeme mittels Simulation (z. B. FEM) sowie in der Entwicklung neuer Fertigungstechnologien und Produkte wünschenswert
  • Gutes Verständnis der elektromagnetischen Theorie
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder im Umgang mit CAD-Systemen (z. B. SolidWorks) von Vorteil
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft bei Bedarf
  • Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
