Rattaché au Responsable du Service Assurance Qualité Fournisseurs, l'AQF prend en charge le management de la qualité d'un portefeuille de fournisseurs. Il est le booster de la performance et de l'amélioration continue dans son périmètre.

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

  • Participer à l'évaluation et à la sélection des fournisseurs en collaboration étroite avec les interlocuteurs achats,
  • Décliner vers les fournisseurs les exigences techniques et qualité de l'entreprise et piloter le plan de management qualité du fournisseur,
  • Contribuer à l'aboutissement des Dossiers de Validation Industriels (VDI) relatifs aux fournisseurs et piloter leur mise en oeuvre,
  • Contribuer aux Revues de Premier Article (RPA) fournisseurs,
  • Piloter le traitement des faits techniques fournisseurs et la mise en oeuvre des actions correctives évitant leur récurrence,
  • Identifier les risques techniques et qualité des fournisseurs et piloter les plans d'actions associés,
  • Piloter la réalisation des audits fournisseurs,
  • Piloter l'évaluation qualité des fournisseurs basée notamment sur la conformité et la ponctualité des articles et/ou prestations achetés ou sous-traités,
  • Élaborer et tenir à jour les indicateurs qualité relatifs aux fournisseurs (rebuts, non-conformités, réclamations, etc.),
  • Proposer des actions d’amélioration permettant de réduire les coûts de non-qualité des fournisseurs et de renforcer leur performance industrielle,
  • Maintenir un lien régulier avec les responsables Qualité programmes afin d’alimenter les dossiers qualité produit et de développer le métier.
