Vous serez chargé :

  • De manager et animer une équipe opérationnelle dédiée aux affaires dont vous avez la charge,
  • D'organiser et piloter les programmes et les projets dont vous avez la responsabilité
  • De piloter l'avancement et les données économiques d'un ou plusieurs contrats,
  • De participer au déploiement des actions de progrès et aux évolutions des processus de management et de pilotage des programmes.

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

  • Être le point focal vis-à-vis du client et de la direction des programmes en phases offre et projet,
  • Comprendre les attendus du client et au besoin les négocier durant toute la phase de vie des affaires,
  • Piloter l'élaboration du devis relatif à l’appel d'offre, synthétiser et soutenir le devis en interne puis en externe,
  • Apporter son soutien à la Direction Commerciale pour la promotion des offres et participer aux négociations contractuelles du programme
  • Établir la logique de déroulement du projet, le plan de management du projet et sa décomposition en lots d'activités,
  • Analyser le projet de commande du client et valider sa conformité à l’offre transmise,
  • Fédérer et manager fonctionnellement les équipes opérationnelles transverses
  • Animer les différents rituels de l’équipe opérationnelle transverse, et assurer la bonne communication entre les différents métiers conformément aux bonnes pratiques de pilotage de projet
  • Animer les revues de risques programme et projet et contrôler l’avancement des actions de traitement des risques
  • Décliner le besoin client vis-à-vis des équipes opérationnelles et des autres directions,
  • Assurer le respect des exigences contractuelles vis-à-vis du client et négocier avec lui les demandes supplémentaires,
  • Assurer le respect des exigences de Qualité et la ponctualité des livraisons client,
  • Anticiper et maîtriser les risques (alerte, analyse, plan de maîtrise, provisions) et opportunités,
  • Garantir la performance financière des programmes (CA, marge brute, solde de trésorerie, piloter la marge à terminaison). Collecter et intégrer les éléments de la performance des programmes (coûts, délais, risques),
