Rattaché au Responsable du service Qualité Site au sein de la Direction Qualité Groupe, vous prenez en charge le management de la qualité en production au sein d’une Unité Autonome de Production. Vous êtes le booster de la performance et de l’Amélioration Continue au sein de votre périmètre dans le respect des processus de management de la qualité, de la règlementation en vigueur et des exigences de qualité, de coûts, de délais.

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

Au long de la production :

  • Être moteur dans l’application des fondamentaux de Production (de l’arrêt au 1er défaut, gestion des pièces non conformes (NC), Validation Industrielle des moyens…) et participer activement aux solutions permettant de reprendre la production,
  • Vérifier la conformité des matériels réalisés, le respect des consignes de réalisation et de traçabilité,
  • Promouvoir l’utilisation correcte du MES (Manufacturing Execution System) (saisie en direct, acquittement des alarmes), valider les modélisations, livrer des produits conformes
  • Piloter le traitement des faits techniques (analyse des causes, actions curatives et correctives, 8D/RPO résolution de problème opérationnel)
  • Coordonner les OJT (on job training) sur les faits techniques
  • Informer les Responsables Qualité Programmes Leaders des risques/incidents liés à la qualité des produits,
  • Proposer des actions permettant de réduire les coûts de non qualité,
  • Animer les revues de carte de contrôle et piloter les plans d’action en cas d’écarts,
  • Participer aux AMDEC procédés et AMDEC Terrain
  • Participer aux études Facteurs Humains et FOD (Foreign object damage),
  • Mettre en œuvre un contrôle final renforcé avec les "Murs Qualités"

Responsabilités transverses :

  • Être moteur dans la démarche de l’amélioration continue par la mise en œuvre des méthodes et leur déploiement dans l’entreprise
  • Suivre la compétence à l'auto contrôle (audits de poste) des opérateurs
  • Représenter la qualité en QRQC
  • Maitriser la maintenance des statuts de stocks dans l’ERP
  • Établir les bilans qualité du secteur : analyse des données et proposition des plans d'amélioration qualité (suivi efficacité, chantier IEO Initiative Excellence Opérationnelle)
  • Vérifier la bonne application du processus de gestion des outillages et DSM (dispositif de surveillance et métrologie)
  • Être force de proposition pour le traitement des irritants, des gaspillages (SQCDPI)
