Au sein du Département Industrialisation de la Direction des Opérations de Roxel France, le Concepteur Outillages est garant du dimensionnement, de la conception et/ou des spécifications des moyens et outillages pour lesquels le service est sollicité.

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

  • Vous garantissez la fabricabilité de nos produits en proposant des solutions innovantes et respectueuses de notre outil industriel,
  • Vous supportez techniquement l’amélioration et/ou la réparation des moyens et outillages existants,
  • Vous assurez la réalisation des dossiers justificatifs des outillages (Chaînes de cote, conformité, respect des exigences règlementaires…),
  • Vous accompagnez la mise en place de sous-traitance pour la réalisation de tâches de conception,
  • Vous assurez le support technique des usineurs/outilleurs qui réalisent des activités pour Roxel France,
  • Vous intervenez en support des actions liées à l’ergonomie et à la productivité de nos outillages et moyens en étant impliqué dans les chantiers sur site,
  • Vous construisez en collaboration avec les Achats, un réseau de fournisseurs de qualité répondant à nos sollicitations de réalisations,
  • Vous pilotez la mise à jour des dossiers outillages dans nos outils Roxel (Décaweb),
  • Vous accompagnez les services Méthodes et Production dans le montage à blanc des outillages.
