Rattaché au Responsable Qualité du site, vous prendrez en charge le management de la qualité de votre portefeuille de produits/programmes.

Vous assurerez le rôle de responsable Qualité au sein d'un groupe projet, et selon les affaires confiées, êtes en interface avec le Client et le cas échéant les organismes officiels.

Vous contribuerez aussi au déploiement de l'assurance qualité en atelier et êtes moteur dans le déploiement des démarches d'amélioration continue dans l'entreprise.

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

En développement :

  • Piloter le plan de management qualité du programme et les livrables qualité en cohérence avec la feuille de route APQP (Advanced product quality planning) pré-définie,
  • Décliner en interne les exigences du plan qualité et s’assurer de la compréhension des clauses qualité spécifiques du client,
  • Valider les plans de validation industrielle de la production, participer à l’optimisation des SCA (spécifications de conditions d’acceptation),
  • Participer à la réalisation des AMDEC produits

Au niveau de la production :

  • Vérifier la conformité des produits réalisés et procéder à leur acceptation pour les produits jugés conformes, garantir l’exactitude de la documentation Qualité
  • Piloter avec le RQO (Responsable qualité opérations) le traitement des faits techniques majeurs (analyse des risques, actions curatives, correctives, 8D) afin de mettre en œuvre des actions correctives efficaces pour éradiquer les non conformités et diminuer les coûts de non qualité,
  • Piloter le traitement des non-conformités exportées
  • Sensibiliser, alerter les Responsables programmes des risques liés à la qualité des produits,
  • Proposer des actions permettant de réduire les coûts de non qualité
  • Réaliser le bilan qualité programme périodique du périmètre confié (interne et client)
  • Construire et maintenir une relation client et Service Officiel de confiance (DGA-SQ), piloter les audits Client et le traitement des actions correctives dans les délais impartis
  • Animer les revues de carte de contrôle et piloter les plans d’action en cas d’écarts,

La qualité vis-à-vis des fournisseurs:

  • Valider les plans de validation industrielle relatifs aux fournisseurs,
  • Contribuer aux revues Premier article fournisseur en lien avec la qualité fournisseur,
  • Contribuer au traitement des non conformités des composants de ses programmes en collaboration avec l’Assurance Qualité Fournisseurs,
