Au sein du département Méthodes et Procédés du site, vous pilotez, coordonnez et optimisez les procédés de contrôle non destructif par radiographie RX dans le respect des normes, consignes en vigueur et des exigences de qualité, contractuelles, de sécurité, de délais et de performance.

Vous assurez également l’expertise technique générale sur les procédés dont vous avez la charge.

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

  • Piloter les nouvelles industrialisations en interface avec la conception, l'industrialisation, les méthodes procédés, la qualité et la production
  • Garantir l’optimisation du processus de contrôle et de l’organisation industrielle (instructions, outillages, postes, flux)
  • Intervenir en tant qu’appui technique des autres fonctions.
  • Participer au déploiement des innovations et de l’amélioration.
  • Être force de proposition et moteur pour piloter l’amélioration ou l’innovation sur des processus et procédés novateurs.
  • Réaliser, sous délégation du RMP leader ou du responsable de service, les devis NRC / RC.
  • Former un réseau d'experts avec d'autres sociétés pour maintenir une veille active dans le domaine de compétence.

✔️ Expérience confirmée en Contrôle Non destructif (Radiographie)

✔️ Certification RT Cofrend/Cosac

✔️ Connaissance approfondie en mécanique et automatisme

✔️ Connaissance des autres techniques CND: tomographie, ressuage, US et thermographie
