Intégré(e) au Pôle Pilote Procédé du service Matériaux laboratoire de la Direction Technique de Roxel France, votre rôle est de contribuer à la mise en place et au fonctionnement des procédés d’élaboration de matériaux à petite échelle et de permettre l'exploitation des moyens de production « hors-série » à l'échelle pilote pour mener des études sur les matériaux Roxel.

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

  • Vous respectez et appliquez les consignes et procédures liées au Système de Gestion de la sécurité et de prévention des accidents,
  • Vous assurez la préparation des équipements de production (réglages paramètres, montage mécanique, outillages…),
  • Vous approvisionnez les machines en matières premières,
  • Vous exécutez les opérations de production (opérations manuelles),
  • Vous pilotez et surveillez les moyens de production (opérations automatisées),
  • Vous contrôlez la qualité des produits réalisés,
  • Vous renseignez les supports de suivi de fabrication (FIP/FSE, …),
  • Vous assurez le nettoyage et le conditionnement des outillages,
  • Vous garantissez la maintenance de 1er niveau des moyens de fabrication,
  • Vous contribuez au maintien en condition opérationnelle et au développement des moyens de fabrication des matériaux inertes et pyrotechniques pour les besoins d’étude du département,
  • Sur la base de l’expérience acquise, vous proposez et menez des actions d’amélioration d’ordre technique, ainsi que sur le fonctionnement de son organisation interne,
