Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au responsable Méthodes du site de Bourges, vous préconisez, pilotez, optimisez et assurez les activités d’industrialisation dans le respect des normes, consignes en vigueur et des exigences de qualité, contractuelles, de sécurité, de délais et de performance.

Vous assurez également l’expertise technique générale sur les procédés dont vous avez la charge.

🔧 Votre futur poste ⚙️

Préparer les développements

  • Construire les devis relatifs au périmètre de la soudure Laser,
  • Préconiser et justifier les choix des procédés, identifier les risques techniques industriels.

Conduire les développements : mise au point et industrialisation des produits / procédés, lors des phases de développement, reprise de production, évolutions significatives de procédés

  • Établir le plan de montée en maturité industriel produit/procédé et moyen,
  • Établir et maintenir les grilles maturité industrielles MRL (Manufacturing Readiness Level),
  • Assurer la validation des procédés spéciaux et leur renouvellement,
  • Réaliser les AMDEC procédés et piloter les actions résultantes,
  • Piloter la mise à jour de l’AMDEC suivant le retex en production (Bilan Qualité – FE – Plans d’actions),
  • Réaliser les cahiers des charges et la mise en service des nouveaux moyens. Réaliser les formations aux premières utilisations et vérifient les Instructions de Travail (IT),
  • Réaliser les gammes de l’ERP de son périmètre,
  • S’assurer que la conception soit fabricable en analysant la définition,
  • Piloter et ou participer à la réalisation des prototypes.

Surveiller la performance du produit et du processus de fabrication (série)

  • Soutenir les diagnostics de problèmes techniques procédés rencontrés,
  • Accompagner et orienter le méthodiste,
  • Analyser les alarmes et orienter les actions sur KCP (Key Characteristic Product) et PSP (paramètre de procédé spécial).

✔️ Connaissances en CND.
