Le manager qualité opérations décline, met en œuvre et garantit la performance qualité du site de Bourges. Vous assurez le management de l’équipe, dans le respect des processus de management de la qualité, de la réglementation en vigueur et des exigences en matière de qualité, de coûts et de délais.

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

Déployer la politique qualité et animer la culture qualité au sein de son périmètre

Manager et accompagner les responsables qualité de son périmètre

Participer aux audits internes et externes (clients, certifications, autorités, etc.)

Former et sensibiliser les équipes à la qualité

Accompagner les équipes dans l’adoption d’une culture d’amélioration continue et veiller à l’application des bonnes pratiques, outils et méthodologies au quotidien

Analyser les indicateurs, piloter les plans d’actions correctives, vérifier l’application des processus et remonter les problématiques

Mettre à jour les indicateurs de performance qualité de son périmètre

Représenter le service qualité auprès des différentes instances et réunions de son périmètre d’activité
