Au sein de la Direction des Opérations, vous réalisez en autonomie des activités de fabrication au sein de différents ateliers conformément au dossier d'exécution et aux règles d'Hygiène - Sécurité en vigueur tout en assurant la qualité – le coût – les délais (le bon respect du planning de production).

Vous êtes également amené à participer à des actions de progrès et des projets d'amélioration continue.

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

Respecter les règles de Sécurité – Hygiène - Environnement :

  • Respecter et appliquer les consignes et procédures liées au Système de Gestion de la sécurité et de prévention des accidents.

Produire en s’assurant de la conformité du produit :

  • Préparer les équipements de production (réglages paramètres, montage mécanique, outillages…),
  • Approvisionner les machines en matières premières,
  • Exécuter les opérations d'usinage (opérations manuelles ou mécanisées/automatisées),
  • Contrôler les produits réalisés,
  • Renseigner les supports de suivi de production,
  • Assurer le nettoyage et le conditionnement des outillages,
  • Participer au QRQC de son bâtiment,
  • Assurer la maintenance de 1er niveau des moyens de fabrication.

Participer à des actions de progrès :

  • Assurer le 5S de son poste de travail,
  • Être force de propositions visant à améliorer la productivité, qualité, sécurité,
  • Participer aux chantiers d’amélioration de la société.
