Au sein de la Direction des opérations, le RMP leader assure la responsabilité hiérarchique de l’équipe méthodes du pôle protections thermique sur le site (encadrement de 5 ingénieurs / techniciens méthode). Rattaché au responsable du service méthode, le RMP leader a également un rôle opérationnel d’ingénieur process.

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

Vous assurez la responsabilité hiérarchique de votre équipe pour la série et le développement.

Vous gérez la charge opérationnelle et les priorités, organisez et coordonnez les activités méthodes.

Vous assurez le maintien et la montée en compétence du service.

Vous assurez l’expertise technique et vous garantissez la performance de la famille de procédé ou process dont vous avez la charge.

Vous préparez et conduisez les développements : mise au point et industrialisation des produits / procédé.

Vous assurez la surveillance de la performance du produit et du processus de fabrication (série).
