Sous la responsabilité hiérarchique du Directeur des Opérations France, le Responsable Supply Chain France établit la stratégie Supply Chain en accord avec la stratégie de l’entreprise pour répondre à la demande client eet pilote la performance Supply Chain de l’ensemble des sites de Roxel France.

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

- Elaborer et définir la stratégie Supply Chain et proposer des stratégies de planification et d'approvisionnement pour assurer la performance de la livraison attenndue par les clients

- Piloter le Pôle Programme Directeur de Production : être responsable de l'adaptation de la charge de travail et de la capacité et des priorités ; de la qualité des livrablesdu périmètre te contribuer à la mise en place et l'amélioaration des méthodologies et outils au sein du service et de la société.

- Construire et suivre le programmes Directeur de production : identifier les risques et opportunités, assurer le reporting et le maintien des indicateurs, contribuer à la gestion de stocks de la société.

- Construire le plan de livraison à partir du PDP, assurer le reporting et le maintien des indicateurs du plan de livraison, analyser l'OTD et les causes de non performance

- Piloter le Pôle CSC : coordonner l'activité des CSC (Coordinateur Supply Chain) et déterminer les risques majeurs et les chemins critiques par programme

- Piloter la performance Supply Chain des sites Roxel France : animer le réseau des Responsable Supply Chain site, coordonner les activités des différents sites afin d'assurer une cohérence des processus/oraganisations/performances, assurer le pilotage des stocks par site et coordonner la réalisation des inventaires.

- Assurer le management de son équipe (communication montante et descendante, besoin en compétences et en formation, charge de travail…), accompagner son équipe dans sa montée en compétences et organiser la capitalisation des savoirs, organiser le partage de l’expérience au sein de la Direction, mettre en place et améliorer les méthodologies, les outils et les processus au sein du service Supply Chain
