Rattaché au Directeur des Opérations Site, le Responsable UAP pilote une unité de production industrielle afin de pouvoir répondre aux besoins des clients internes ou externes en garantissant l'optimisation des ressources humaines, matérielles et financières.

🔧 Vos missions ⚙️

Les missions principales seront de coordoner les activités nécessaires à la réalisation des livrables que l'UAP produit.

  • Réaliser les objectifs de fabrication
  • Tenir les objectifs qualité, coût et délais
  • Manager vos responsables de production, votre responsable support et progrès et développer leurs compétences
  • Garantir le respect des règles de sécurité, d'hygiène, de santé au travail et de l'environnement du secteur concerné,
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des process de production pour garantir l'augmentation de la productivité tout en garantissant la conformité,
  • Constuire et piloter le plan de progrès du secteur concerné.
  • Piloter le budget de fonctionnement et d’investissement de l’unité
  • Définir les besoins en moyens et infrastructures nécessaires à répondre aux besoins courts, moyens et long terme
