The posting
The Operations Summer Analyst Program is a 10-12 week, paid internship for rising seniors interested in building a career in real estate operations. Analysts are embedded directly in a local Operations team — in San Francisco, Mexico City, San Jose, or London and work on live projects spanning process improvement, portfolio operations, vendor and facilities management, data and reporting, and cross-functional support for deal execution. The program includes structured onboarding, a dedicated mentor, executive speaker sessions, and a capstone project presented to firm leadership at the close of the summer.
What You'll Do
Support day-to-day operations across one or more real estate portfolios, including workflow coordination, vendor tracking, and issue resolution. Partner with Asset Management and Finance teams to prepare reporting packages, dashboards, and operational metrics. Assist with process documentation and identify opportunities to streamline recurring operational workflows. Help coordinate property-level initiatives such as onboarding new vendors, tracking service level agreements, and supporting audits. Contribute to a capstone project addressing a real operational challenge, presented to senior leadership at program's end.
Who We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, graduating in 2027 (rising senior). Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (required for consideration). Strong interest in real estate, operations, or business administration. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; comfort with data and process-oriented work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Spanish or additional language proficiency is a plus for the Mexico City location. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams and time zones. Authorization to work in the country of the applied location (San Francisco/San Jose: U.S.; Mexico City: Mexico; London: U.K.)
