O Instituto Kanashiro, referência em saúde, estética e cuidado personalizado, está em busca de um(a) profissional para integrar o time e atuar diretamente na construção de experiências acolhedoras e memoráveis para os pacientes.

Há mais de 14 anos, o Instituto Kanashiro tem como propósito promover saúde, autoestima e bem-estar de forma ética, segura e personalizada.

O Instituto acredita que o cuidado começa antes mesmo da consulta e continua em cada interação com o paciente. Por isso, buscam um profissional que tenha olhar para pessoas, atenção aos detalhes e paixão por criar experiências.

SOBRE A OPORTUNIDADE Você será responsável por fortalecer o relacionamento entre o Instituto e seus pacientes, planejando e executando ações de relacionamento, campanhas e experiências que contribuam para a satisfação, fidelização e indicação de pacientes.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Planejar e executar o calendário anual de campanhas;
  • Criar ações para datas comemorativas e campanhas de saúde, como Outubro Rosa e Novembro Azul;
  • Planejar e organizar eventos e ações dentro da clínica;
  • Desenvolver ações de relacionamento com pacientes;
  • Criar comunicações personalizadas, como mensagens de aniversário e pós-consulta;
  • Realizar ações de reativação de pacientes;
  • Mapear a jornada do paciente e identificar oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Desenvolver ações em parceria com fornecedores e parceiros;
  • Acompanhar resultados e indicadores das ações;
  • Elaborar relatórios mensais;
  • Propor novas estratégias para melhorar a experiência e fortalecer o relacionamento com os pacientes.

REQUISITOS

  • Formação em Marketing, Publicidade, Relações Públicas, Comunicação, Gestão em Saúde ou áreas afins;
  • Capacidade de transformar ideias em ações;
  • Experiência comprovada com marketing de relacionamento, experiência do cliente ou atendimento de alto padrão;
  • Experiência com CRM;
  • Conhecimento em WhatsApp Business;
  • Conhecimento em Canva ou ferramentas similares;
  • Portfólio ou exemplos de campanhas e ações já realizadas;
  • Conhecimento básico de pesquisas de satisfação e NPS;
  • Noções de LGPD e cuidado no uso de dados de pacientes.
